She Codes Too is excited to announce the official launch of the SheCodesToo x DataCamp Donates Scholarship Program, an initiative aimed at empowering women across Iraq with cutting-edge data and AI skills. This program, launched in partnership with DataCamp through their DataCamp Donates initiative, offers a transformative learning opportunity for 30 women from 14 different Iraqi governorates, providing them with tools to advance their careers in technology and data science.
About the Scholarship Program
The scholarship provides access to over 400 online courses, hands-on projects, skill assessments, and career-enhancing tools such as DataLab and Certifications. The program is self-paced, allowing participants to learn flexibly over a six-month period. The selected scholars will receive personalised guidance from the She Codes Too team to ensure they maximise their learning experience.
Program Details
Eligibility: Open to women across Iraq with a specific learning goal, proficiency in English, access to a personal computer and internet, and the ability to dedicate consistent study time.
Timeline: Applications closed on January 31, 2025, and the program officially began on February 3, 2025.
Selection Process: Out of 570 applications received, only 30 participants were chosen due to the competitive nature of the program.

During this session, personalised learning paths were mapped out for each scholar.
