We are proud to share that our team member Aya Abdulrazzaq, successfully completed a three-week leadership training program in Prague, Czech Republic this summer.

Aya joined 84 participants from more than 35 countries as part of the TFAS (The Fund for American Studies) Prague Program, in Charles University, one of Europe’s oldest and most prestigious institutions. Over three weeks, Aya engaged in coursework exploring political economy, conflict management, and the principles of liberty and democracy, earning academic credit.

During the program, Aya attended lectures from international and Czech professors and contributed to workshops with peers from diverse backgrounds. The program also included visits to historical and cultural landmarks in Prague.

Reflecting on her experience, Aya shared:

“Being in the Czech Republic and studying at one of its most prestigious universities, Charles University (Karlova), was truly unforgettable. The Czech experience — from the academic environment to the culture — has been the best part of this journey. It gave me the chance to represent Iraqi women in tech and civil society while learning from brilliant young leaders from around the world.”
