The primary goal of this MOU is to establish a cooperative framework where Miswag can tap into SheCodesToo growing talent pool of qualified female programmers. This collaboration ensures that women who have completed SheCodesToo coding and technical training programmes will have access to career opportunities at Miswag, helping to promote gender diversity within Iraq’s technology sector.

In addition to recruitment, both SheCodesToo and Miswag are exploring areas for future collaboration. This could include mentorship programmes where Miswag professionals offer guidance to SheCodesToo participants, and potential sponsorship for SheCodesToo initiatives to support the growth of female coders in Iraq.
