Ibrahim Jamal, the Project Manager at She Codes Too, recently completed an intensive two-week training program on Gender Equality and Women Entrepreneurship Policy at the Maastricht School of Management, Maastricht University. This fully funded scholarship provided him with the opportunity to engage with experts and like-minded individuals dedicated to advancing women's empowerment and promoting gender-inclusive policies.

The program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop gender-responsive policies, programs, and projects, fostering inclusive and sustainable development. Throughout the course, participants explored critical topics such as the economic costs of gender inequality and the implementation of gender-responsive budgeting. They also examined strategies for promoting women's financial inclusion, enhancing their leadership roles in key sectors, and advocating for policies to prevent and address gender-based violence.
